Minutes for meetings of 4/26/04 were approved as written.

Description: Site Plan for addition of a 12’ x 14’ screened porch to rear of house.
Action Taken: Lot is conforming and all setbacks meet. The site plan was therefore approved.
2. Applicant: Margaret Ann Spinella

Action Taken: Lot is conforming and all setbacks meet. The site plan was therefore approved.

Description: Site Plan approval for adding 12’x 12’ deck.
Action Taken: Lot is conforming and all setbacks meet. The site plan was therefore approved. Check for $57.60 left with Building Application.

Description: Applicant wishes to renew Special Permit for a Gravel Pit.
Action Taken: Application was accepted, but tabled to give the board adequate time to determine completeness.

Action Taken: Although the lot is a pre-existing non-conforming lot, being 1.2 acres in size, all setbacks are met, so site plan approval was given.
6. Applicant: Mark & Terry DeCelk

Description: New 3200 sq. ft. house.
Action Taken: Since all setbacks are meet, site plan was approved. Check for $1280 to accompany the building permit application.
7. Application Fee: PWSF Facility: At the April meeting, the Planning Board approved a Special Permit Fee for Personal Wireless Service Facilities of three thousand dollars ($3,000),and for all other Special Permits a partially refundable fee of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175), with unused balances after all costs are paid, being refunded to the applicant. Steve McAlister will draft a letter to the Board of Selectmen requesting these rate changes.
